Visitor Walkways & Property Upgrades

New walk-ways, pavement, concrete, farm equipment, garage to store equipment, property clearance, clean up tree/debris, privacy hedges and maintenance.

Tasks

  • Draw out pathways from beginning of property to the garage, barn and walk-way to back of property

  • Level with dirt

  • Line with weed liner

  • Cover with limestone

  • Add benches/seating in between trees over looking arena & animal enclosures

  • Add stones around tree bases

  • Add lighting down driveway & walk way

  • Remove fallen debris/trees

  • Cut low hanging tree limbs from front fence line

  • Remove fallen tree debris from pond

  • Remove invasive pepper trees surrounding pond

  • Trim back low hanging trees in arena

  • Trim back low hanging trees in all pastures and loose limbs

  • Remove tree stumps

  • Reseed all pastures

  • Install horse safe irrigation system 

  • Remove 2 ft of Sod from front property line

  • Cut back / remove low hanging tree lims in front of property

  • Privacy hedge along property line

  • Trench for electrical & irrigation system

  • Install lime stone walkway up to concrete

  • Level ground for garage

  • Install 4in Concrete pour for 18ft x35ft garage 

  • Install Garage for farm equipment & hay storage
